About
Gloria believes that connecting seemingly unconnected dots unlocks innovations. As a former product manager and a machine learning engineer, she strives to apply her know-how to transform early-stage technologies into successful business models. She is deeply passionate about AI-enabled ventures that can empower enterprises and consumers. Her first-hand experience makes her the go-to advisor in cloud & data infrastructure, Software-as-a-Service and software development & IT operations. She enjoys supporting entrepreneurs to reach product market fit and to build ready-to-expand businesses at a global scale.
Prior to joining DCM, Gloria was a practitioner and an investor in the tech industry. She spent four years at IBM Headquarters in New York to incubate and commercialize AI Cloud products, working through roles as strategist, machine learning engineer, product manager and sales. During her MBA studies at The Wharton School, she was the go-to-market advisor for Taichi Graphics (an open-source 3D collaboration platform) and the CPO for Gradient (an AI-driven dermatological diagnostic app). She also worked at Gaocheng Capital and Twenty Acre Capital as a summer investment intern in the emerging market software sector.
Gloria enjoys meeting new friends and building self-awareness through adventures. You can find her skiing in moguls and bowls, backpacking among peaks and forests, self-discovering on poker tables, and exploring Frank Gehry’s architecture masterpieces around the world.
