Bio

Bahram sees founders as creatives—visionaries who realize what’s missing in the world and bring their ideas to life through imagination and determination. Bahram’s passion for consumer tech began in his teens and has guided his career across early, growth, and pre-IPO consumer tech companies. At DCM, Bahram focuses on consumer investments spanning Internet and AI applications, media, entertainment, sports, gaming, commerce, SMBs, marketplaces, and platform models.

Before joining DCM, he was a product manager on FanDuel’s gaming safety team, where he developed features protecting millions globally. To better appreciate the 0-to-1 journey firsthand, he built WagerPager, a leading sports betting jobs site that helped thousands find work during tech layoffs. Previously, he was an early team member at Italic and Thrasio during their peak growth phases, gaining insight into scaling consumer brands and navigating rapid growth challenges. Bahram was also a partner at First Round-backed Dorm Room Fund and founded 248 Ventures, a 500 Global-backed student-focused venture fund for Babson, Olin, and Wellesley College entrepreneurs.

The son of Persian immigrants, Bahram learned from his parents the values of taking risks and creating lasting impact for others. Raised in Maryland, he graduated from Babson College. Outside work, he enjoys film production, 80s music, tennis, Southeast Asian cuisine, and anything outdoors.
